This script is a great utility for getting your web site a little extra promotion. Visitors are given the opportunity to send the url of the page they are visiting to a friend simply by entering the E-mail address of their friend. When they submit, the follow-up page informs them that their message has been sent, and the address that
it has been sent to. Then they can either send it to another address, or return to the page they were visiting by using the link that is generated.

Pass It On Ultra gives you all the usage options of the free version, and is easily customizable to match the rest of your site. You can use a link, an image, or a form. Users can click an image or link, or fill out the form, and enter up to ten email addresses at one time. A separate email is sent to each address, and, unless the form method is being used, they can also add a personal message. The format of the email is also customizable, allowing you to add whatever you wish to the head and foot of the email. The follow-up page that the user is brought to once they send a recommendation is easily customized in any html editor. You create the page, insert some tags as instructed in the installation file, and you're done.

WebGuestbook allows users to manipulate a guestbook HTML file dynamically by adding their own entries to the document. Thus, you can create a virtual guestbook that visitors can sign, leaving their contact information and perhaps comments about your pages. WebGuestbook is configurable so that you can specify what your guestbook file looks like and how the script-generated responses are displayed. Most of the configuration takes little more than a knowledge of HTML, so it is fairly easy to use. If configured to do so, WebGuestbook will email the guestbook administrator the text of new entries as well as add them to the guestbook. The script will also respond to new entrants with a configurable "Thank you" message. Thus, there is no need to continually monitor the page. Finally, the application comes with the capability of "four letter word" filtering for a child-safe guestbook. You can censor words by adding them to a list of "bad words."
