This will detect browsers and send the user to four different sub pages. Netscape users will receive the Netscape page. Internet Explorer will receive the Internet Explorer page. Lynx users will receive the Text Only page. And, finally, if you are using something else, the CGI will send you to the Average page.

Download-A-File is a file downloading utility written in Perl. The program allows site owners to prompt their visitors to sign in prior to making any file downloads from their site. The script logs all sign-ins into a text file which the site owner can view using an accompanying script. This feature helps the site owner keep track of which file is being downloaded the most.
